Warranty Information

Two years, serviced locally, no paperwork games.

What You Get

Every watch sold by DubaiTime Watches carries a 2-year national warranty from the date of delivery, covering the movement and manufacturing defects. The warranty is serviced here in Pakistan — you deal with us, not with an overseas service centre, and there is nothing to post abroad.

Your watch arrives with its brand box, the stamped warranty card and the booklet. We check the serial number against the card before the watch is packed, which is the whole point of buying from a counter that has been trading since 1948 rather than from a listing.

Covered

  • Movement faults — watch stops, runs fast or slow beyond tolerance
  • Manufacturing defects in the case, dial or hands
  • Crown, pusher or winding mechanism failure in normal use
  • Battery replacement in the first year on quartz models
  • Bracelet clasp failure that is not caused by impact

Not covered

  • Scratches, dents and normal wear to the case, glass or strap
  • Water damage on a watch worn beyond its rated resistance
  • Damage from a drop, impact or crushing
  • Leather straps, which are wearing parts
  • Any watch opened or serviced by someone else
  • Loss, theft, or a removed or altered serial number

A Word on Water Resistance

This is the most common rejected claim, so it is worth being blunt about it. A rating of 30m or 3ATM means splashes and rain — not swimming, not showering. 50m means swimming at the surface. 100m and above is where diving starts. Wearing a 30m watch in the shower will let water in, and that is not a manufacturing defect. Ask us before you buy if you plan to swim in it; we will tell you honestly whether the model is right for that.

How to Make a Claim

  • Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a short description of the fault. A video of the problem helps more than a photo.
  • Keep the warranty card and the original box. The card is the proof; without it a claim becomes much harder.
  • We will tell you whether to bring the watch to the counter or send it by courier — and if it is going by courier, we arrange the pickup.
  • Assessment usually takes 3–7 working days once the watch reaches us. If a part has to be ordered we tell you the wait up front rather than leaving you chasing.
  • Approved warranty repairs are free, including return delivery.

Register nothing, activate nothing. Your warranty starts on the day the watch is delivered. There is no form to fill in and no window to miss — your order record is the registration.

After the Two Years

We still service watches bought from us after the warranty ends, at cost. Bring it in and we will quote before doing anything — a battery, a seal, a bracelet pin or a full movement service.

Authenticity

If any watch bought from us is ever shown not to be original, we take it back and refund the full amount, whenever that is discovered. That is not a limited-time offer and it does not expire with the warranty.
