Every watch sold at DubaiTime is sourced through authorised distributors and comes with an official manufacturer warranty card, packaging and documentation.
Bank transfer to Meezan Bank or Bank Al Habib, or JazzCash. Payment is made in full before the watch is dispatched. We do not take card payments or cash on delivery. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send you the account details.
Each piece we send is an original worth well into six figures, and couriers will not insure a parcel of that value against a refused delivery. Paying first is what lets us set your exact watch aside and send it insured. If you would rather pay in person, you are welcome at the shop in Karachi — see where to find us.
Place the order first. The next screen shows the account number with your order number already filled in. Send the transfer, upload a screenshot of the receipt on the same screen, and we confirm on WhatsApp before dispatching.
You get the full amount back to the account you paid from. We contact you the same day and do not hold your money against a future purchase unless you ask us to.
Orders within Karachi are typically delivered within 24 hours of payment being confirmed. Nationwide delivery across Pakistan takes 2–5 business days depending on location.
Open the parcel and check the watch while the rider is still there. If a piece arrives faulty, damaged or is not the model you ordered, message us on WhatsApp the same day with your order number and we will replace it or refund you in full. Anything else is looked at case by case, so talk to us before sending a watch back. Engraved and personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged — see the Retail Policy.
