We sell original branded watches only. Each piece comes with its brand box, stamped warranty card and booklet, and the serial is checked against the card before it is packed. We do not stock replicas, "master copies" or first copies, and we will not source them if asked.
Occasionally a listing carries an obvious error — a missing digit, a decimal in the wrong place. Where the mistake is plainly a mistake, we are not able to honour it. We will tell you the same day, offer the watch at the correct price, and if you would rather not, refund you in full immediately. We do not quietly ship something different or leave the order hanging.
The site shows live stock, but a counter sale and a website sale can land within minutes of each other. If a watch sells out between your order and our packing, we contact you the same working day with the options: wait for the next piece, swap to something comparable, or take a full refund. You choose, not us.
"Sold out" is not always permanent — message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether it is coming back and roughly when.
An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. The sale is complete when we confirm your payment and dispatch the watch. We may decline an order where the payment cannot be verified, the delivery details are incomplete or unreachable, the stock has genuinely gone, or the order looks fraudulent. A declined order is refunded in full, in every case.
The photographs are of the actual models we stock. Colours can still read slightly differently between one screen and another, particularly on gold and rose-gold tones. Dimensions on the product page are the ones to trust — if you are unsure how a 42mm case will sit on your wrist, ask us before ordering and we will tell you.
You are welcome to come and see any watch in person before buying. We are at Shop No. G-4, Elfy Center, Zaibunnisa Street, Saddar, Karachi, open Mon–Sat 11:30 AM–10 PM · Sun 3–10 PM. If you want a specific piece kept aside, message us first and we will hold it for the day — the shop is busy and stock moves.
Counter prices and website prices are the same. There is no online-only markup and no walk-in surcharge.
For quantities, gifting or corporate orders, contact us directly rather than ordering through the site. Pricing, lead time and engraving are agreed in writing before anything is paid. Engraved and personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, which is why we confirm the wording with you twice.

This site, its photographs and its product descriptions are ours. Copying them for another shop's listings is not permitted. Reselling watches bought from us is fine — the warranty stays with the watch, not with the first buyer.
