Privacy Policy

This policy covers DubaiTime Watches, Shop No. G-4, Elfy Center, Zaibunnisa Street, Saddar, Karachi. It was last updated on 30 August 2026.

What We Collect

We only ask for what an order actually needs. Nothing on this site requires you to hand over information that is not used.

• When you place an order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and city.
• When you create an account: your name, email and a password. The password is stored as a one-way hash — we cannot read it, and neither can anyone who obtains a copy of our database.
• When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture, as supplied by Google. We never see your Google password.
• When you upload a payment receipt: the image or PDF you send us, stored in a folder that is blocked from public access.
• In your browser: your cart and wishlist are kept on your own device. They are not sent to us until you sign in or check out.

What We Do Not Collect

We never see or store your full card number, CVV, bank login, or wallet PIN. Payment is made by bank transfer or mobile wallet directly to the account shown at checkout, so those details never pass through this website at all.

Why We Keep It

• To pack, dispatch and deliver your order, and to reach you if there is a problem with it.
• To honour the warranty on your watch, which means being able to find your purchase later.
• To confirm that a payment we received matches an order we have.
• To answer your messages about an order.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to advertisers.

Who Else Sees It

Only the people who have to:

• The courier gets your name, address and phone number, because that is how a parcel reaches you.
• Our hosting provider stores the site and its database on their servers.
• Google, if and only if you choose to sign in with your Google account.

Beyond that, nobody. We do not share order data with third parties for marketing.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in while you browse. It is marked HttpOnly so scripts cannot read it, and SameSite=Lax so it is not sent from other websites. It expires when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How Long We Keep It

Order records are kept for as long as the warranty on the watch runs, plus a reasonable period afterwards, because a warranty claim depends on us being able to find the original sale. Payment receipts are kept while the order is open and for a period afterwards for accounting. If you close your account, we remove your profile but may retain the order record itself for the reasons above.

Your Choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete your account. Message us on WhatsApp or email dubaitime0345@gmail.com from the address on the account, and we will action it.

Keeping It Safe

The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, database queries are parameterised, and uploaded receipts sit in a folder that cannot be reached from a browser. No system is perfect, but nothing here is left casually open.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting existing orders will be sent to you directly.
