Shipping & Delivery

Free, insured and tracked — anywhere in Pakistan.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free on every order, to every city in Pakistan. There is no minimum order value and no surcharge for remote areas. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Working days are Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 6 PM, on a Sunday, or on a public holiday are processed the next working day.

When Your Order Ships

Every order on this site is paid before dispatch. Once your payment is confirmed — usually within a few hours during shop timings — the watch is packed and handed to the courier the same working day. You are not waiting on us after that; you are waiting on the courier.

Shop timings: Mon–Sat 11:30 AM–10 PM · Sun 3–10 PM.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves us. Message us any time on WhatsApp and we will tell you exactly where it has reached.

How It Is Packed

  • The watch stays in its original brand box, with the warranty card, booklet and any extra links sealed inside.
  • That box goes inside a padded outer carton — the brand box is never the outer surface of the parcel, so it does not arrive scuffed.
  • Nothing on the outside of the parcel says what is inside it.
  • Every parcel is insured for its full value while in transit.

Receiving Your Parcel

The courier will call the number on the order before delivering, so please give a number that will be answered. If nobody is reachable, the courier normally reattempts the next working day, and again the day after, before returning the parcel to us.

Please check the parcel in front of the rider. If the outer carton is torn, wet or already opened, refuse it and tell us straight away — that is far easier to resolve than a claim made afterwards.

Damaged in transit? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the watch. Every shipment is insured, so this is fixed at no cost to you.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

If a parcel comes back because the address was incomplete or the number was unreachable, we will contact you and resend it at no extra charge. We can only do this once per order; after that, redelivery is charged at cost.

Delays Outside Our Control

Strikes, weather, road closures and courier backlogs during Eid and sale periods do happen. When a parcel is stuck, we chase the courier ourselves and keep you updated rather than leaving you to find out from the tracking page.
